Bio-Tech Medical Software, DBA BioTrackTHC, is the market leader in seed-to-sale software for the Cannabis Industry. Throughout 24 states, DC and Canada we provide enterprise software solutions to more than 1,800 legal marijuana businesses, as well as government entities. As the Northwest is becoming a primary focal point in this ever growing marijuana industry, we are happily expanding our local presence here in Washington. Although we will likely post for additional positions across the state at a later point, this posting is for our offices in Olympia, WA.

Although not required, general knowledge and passion for the marijuana industry are greatly appreciated. Software backgrounds are not necessary; however the ability to use the software proficiently and know it inside and out will be a must. We are looking for upbeat, positive individuals who want to be involved in the making of history.

We are not looking for people who are more than just willing to do their jobs. We want people who love coming to work knowing that each day will be something a little different. We want people who look over at their teammates who are giving 110% and think to themselves, why did they stop?

We need people who have the flexibility and desire to go to trade shows and industry events, sometimes on short notice (the marijuana industry, at present, is known for its spontaneity). We are a very rapidly growing company and there is a high chance of moving up for dedicated employees.

Position: Software Trainer and Client Support Specialist.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Perform product demonstrations for potential prospects, train clients on system functionality, assist clients in troubleshooting minor issues, occasional sales, event representation and additional support.

Minimum Requirements

Must be a people person (On the phone, as well as in person)
21+ years of age (required for the recreational marijuana industry)
Flexible Schedule (May be required to work some weekends, even on short notice)
General troubleshooting proficiency
Functional use of Microsoft Office and similar applications
Ability to multitask
Dress professionally (At times suit and dress attire)
Field Phone calls
Pass a background check
Have reliable transportation
