A Web Technology Startup seeks a Customer Success Manager for a full-time role based in Denver, CO.
Our client is a funded web app startup that provides secure and modern B2B software to cannabis professionals to manage their wholesale activity and business relationships. With our growing team and powerhouse board, we will set an industry standard for B2B relations including:
• Order Management
• Relationship Management
• Product and Company Discoverability
They are looking to hire a rock star team of Customer Success Managers based in the Denver, CO area. The team’s primary goal is to develop longstanding relationships with their rapidly growing customer base of dispensaries and producers to guide them through their initial setups to continued account maintenance.
Their mission is to legitimize and standardize an industry that presents a once-in-a-generation opportunity in a proven market.
What You’ll Do:
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships virtually and through regular site visits to ensure maximum client success
-Prepare and deliver effective client presentations, including training of users at all levels of the organization from budtenders to company executives
-Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly results presentations to internal and external teams
-Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with the business development team to increase revenue streams
-Maintain a deep understanding of the client experience to head off potential issues before they become problems
-Develop expertise in all LeafLink technologies, delivering technical support to clients and consistently over-delivering.
Who You Are:
-An optimist and positive professional, excited by challenges and ready with solutions
-Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills, outgoing and sociable.
-Worked in a fast-paced startup environment, prepared for all-hands-on-deck moments
-2+ years in customer relationship and/or account management, ideally in the cannabis industry
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills, proficient user of Microsoft Office
-Self-motivated and excited by the potential to own what you do
-An ability to understand and troubleshoot software issues
-Multi-tasker and connector, an organized operator who executes on both internal and external responsibilities
-Knowledge of key project management concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
